VM on ARM platform with mixed operating systems - performance and configuration

Using the ARM platform exclusively. Create and enable a virtual private cloud environment (VPC) using virtualization to operate different operating systems and services. Accomplished via an ARM multi host/hypervisor environment, designed, built, configured and brought fully operational to simulate/emulate an operational cloud infrastructure environment using virtualization. Evaluating the performance of the virtual operating systems and how performance is in a local setting and a remote VPN setting which adds another layer of potential performance problems with a virtual machines ability to perform in a usable manner with acceptable response time.
